As we expand, we’re looking for a YouTube Channel Manager who can elevate our presence on YouTube and drive the growth of our channels. Role Overview: The YouTube Growth Channel Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to grow our YouTube channel’s audience, increase engagement, and drive measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, trends, and analytics, along with a creative and analytical approach to content marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a creative content strategy aligned with the company’s brand and goals, optimizing for reach, engagement, audience retention, and watch hours to increase overall channel revenue.
• Audience Growth: Analyze target audience demographics and create innovative growth strategies to boost subscribers, views, and channel visibility.
• SEO & Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, tag management, and metadata optimization to enhance video discoverability and organic growth.
• Monetization Strategy: Identify and leverage monetization opportunities through ad placements, sponsorships, merchandise, memberships, and other revenue streams while ensuring a positive viewer experience.
• IP Creation & Development: Drive the creation and development of unique intellectual properties (IPs) tailored for YouTube to build channel value, attract new audiences, and create potential for extended media opportunities.
• Analytics & Reporting: Regularly assess channel performance and engagement metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to refine strategies and maximize growth.
• Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow the community by engaging with viewers through comments, live streams, and interactive activities to boost loyalty and watch hours.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with content creators, editors, and the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and high-quality content.
• Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with platform updates, competitor activities, and industry trends to adapt strategies and ensure the channel remains competitive and innovative.

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels and driving growth, ideally in a digital marketing or media company, 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
• Proficient in YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling and content development abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
