Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at FarmDidi in Pune. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating graphics, logo designs, branding materials, and typography that embody the essence of farm-fresh, homemade goodness. You will play a key role in visually representing our commitment to rural empowerment and sustainable living through your designs. Responsibilities: -Design eye-catching and informative packaging for our products. -Ensure packaging designs align with our brand guidelines and target audience. -Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts. -Design engaging banners for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns. -Create banners that effectively communicate key messages and drive conversions. -Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand their needs and create designs that meet their objectives. -Work effectively with printers and other vendors to ensure timely and accurate production of designs. -Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices. -Continuously learn and improve design skills. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (preferred) or related field. -Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)-Excellent understanding of design principles, including color theory and layout. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creativity.
