Position Overview We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for sales and education to join our team as Academic Counsellors . In this role, you will engage with parents and students to identify their academic needs, provide tailored tutoring solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive enrollments. Key Responsibilities Engagement and Consultation

• Contact potential leads to understand their child's academic needs and recommend tailored tutoring solutions.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our platform, including curriculum support, progress tracking, and the impact of 1-on-1 live sessions.

• Convert trial classes and inquiries into paid enrollments by showcasing the value of our personalized tutoring services.
• Build trust with parents to ensure they feel confident in Mentor Match’s ability to support their child’s learning journey.

• Identify opportunities to promote additional services and programs to enhance the learning experience.

• Work closely with customer success teams and tutors to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients.
• A passion for helping students succeed and a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools and online platforms.
