About Us: Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform provides a holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hair loss. The Company provides personalized consultations that help determine the root cause of hair fall among individuals, along with a range of hair care products that are curated from a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Traya's secret lies in the power of diagnosis. Our unique platform diagnoses the patient’s hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep. We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track. Traya is founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus. Our Vision: Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients. The Founders: Founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus. Job Summary:- We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who’s eager to learn and dive into the world of online marketing. If you're someone who enjoys figuring out what makes people tick and wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, this is a great opportunity. You'll work alongside our team to support campaigns across channels like social media, paid ads, email marketing, and more. This internship isn’t just about watching from the sidelines. You’ll get involved with real campaigns, learn from experienced marketers, and develop skills that will be valuable in any future marketing role. Plus, we’re all about helping you grow, so you’ll get plenty of guidance and support along the way. What You’ll Be Doing: ·Support Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email. You’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly and learn the nuts and bolts of campaign management. ·Track and Analyze Results: Help monitor campaign performance, from clicks and conversions to overall ROI. You’ll get comfortable with reporting and analyzing data to figure out what’s working and what’s not. ·A/B Testing & Optimization: Take part in A/B testing to improve things like ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. You’ll see first hand how small changes can make a big difference in results. ·Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work with the creative team to develop engaging content for ads and social media. You’ll learn how messaging and visuals come together to attract customers and drive conversions. ·Stay on Top of Trends: Keep an eye on what’s happening in digital marketing. You’ll research new tools, platforms, and trends that could help improve campaigns or open up new opportunities. ·Learn, Learn, Learn: This is a hands-on role. We’ll provide training, but the best way to learn is by jumping in. You’ll gain exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and more. What We’re Looking For: ·Willingness to Learn: We’re looking for someone who’s excited to pick up new skills and grow in the marketing field. If you’re not sure about everything yet, that’s fine – we’ll teach you the rest. ·Smarts & Quick Grasp: You don’t need to know everything about digital marketing right now, but we’re looking for someone who picks up new concepts quickly and can think on their feet. ·Interest in Marketing & Consumers: Whether you’ve dabbled in digital marketing or just enjoy learning about what motivates consumers, a genuine interest in how marketing works is key. ·Integrity: You’ll be working with data and confidential information, so it’s crucial that you act with honesty and integrity. We trust our team to handle everything responsibly. ·Good Communication: Being able to communicate clearly, whether it’s through writing or speaking, will be important as you’ll be working with different teams. Nice to Have (but Not Required): ·Some familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Google Analytics. ·A basic understanding of SEO or content marketing. ·Experience using social media for business purposes
