JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With 1 year of experience as Customer Service Role (Chat Support)
- Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview once requested
- Willing to start immediately.
- Amenable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To answer customer inquiries by chat
- To assist customers to make the right product selection/find products.
- To handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- To work with a team and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
