It’s a group Company of NEXGEN Corporation-Japan.  Role Description: We seek a Python Programmer (Machine Learning & Production Optimization) to join our Direct Japanese Client Offshore team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time role and Work from Office.  The selected candidates will work closely with our Japanese client, focusing on developing machine learning algorithms to enhance production efficiency and fault prediction for production lines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop machine learning algorithms for fault prediction and production optimization. - Use Python for model building, testing, and tuning to maximize production efficiency. - Perform data processing tasks, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Collaborate with team members and Japanese counterparts to understand project requirements and deliver results. - Maintain strong fundamentals in mathematics, including linear algebra, calculus, and statistics, to support algorithm development. Must-Have Skills: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python programming. - Experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks. - Strong understanding of mathematics principles (linear algebra, calculus, and statistics). - Ability to select and implement appropriate deep learning algorithms. Language Skills: - P roficiency in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus but not mandatory). Preferred Skills and Experience: - Experience working in Japanese companies or familiarity with Japanese work culture. - Educational background in mathematics or physics. - Expertise in deep learning algorithm principles and model optimization. Work Location: Near Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Team Structure: - You will be part of a 5+ member team collaborating with Japanese counterparts and preparing for an offshore delegation system by March 2025. Interview Process: 1.
