Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a detailed transformation roadmap, aligning with the client’s overall business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of a new operating model that promotes collaboration, efficiency, and agility.
- Facilitate the integration of Dev and Ops teams, breaking down silos and fostering a DevOps culture.
- Align the Ops team structure with the client’s product-aligned organization to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.
- Define and implement Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools across the organization.
- Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and team members.
- Measure and track transformation progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations within an AMS environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe is a must, and Scrum, Kanban, are nice to have) and their practical application.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing new operating models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
- Certifications in Agile coaching or related fields.
- Experience in the ENU domain.
