Planning & Customer Service Manager

Position Summary : This role will act has a backfill for OneERP project for Planning & Customer Service role. This is a Fixed Term Contract role. Major Duties & Responsibilities Drive lot mortgage implementation for the Platinum customers identified by the Commercial leadership across region Coordinate with Planners and mother warehouse to ensure product availability in the warehouses, by designing safety stock, reorder levels. End to end customer order management, process improvements, Rare parameters order management Control outbound cost by consolidating customer shipments. Ensure On-time & In-full order fulfilment for reagents, consumables to customers by coordinating with regional planners Stock transfer planning from Mumbai to satellite DCs using surface and air mode. Control inter-plant stock transfer cost Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations is preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in supply chain or a related field is required. Supply and inventory planning experience is preferred. Minimum Years of Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data proficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint applications is required. The candidate will have a great attention to detail and strong communication skills. Good with analytical skills, data mining & advanced excel skills. Candidate must speak and write English fluently
