Corporate Quality Assurance Manager - Hair & Skin care

Qualification & Experience B Tech/M Tech Cosmetics / MSc Chemistry having minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality management, proven track record of quality system implementation with min 5 yrs in plant quality Key Deliverables of the Role • Design and implement Quality Management System to ensure hair and skin care products are consistently made as per company, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations. • Identification and lead in best practice Quality management techniques to ensure continuous improvements are delivered in accordance with quality tools (for example – QC Tools, RCA, Statistical tools etc)• Continuously improve domain knowledge and build up skills and capability of team w.r.t Hair & skin care • Ensure manufacturing facility has an effective QMS in place by providing leadership and expertise to set up a systematic approach to quality improvement and adherence to Quality processes • Know how on NPD process and commercialisation of NPD in cosmetics.
