About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Sydney Central Plaza Store. This is a full-time position working 38 hrs/wk across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
• Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
• The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
• Understanding of Stock Management processes and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team.
