What the role is: The Legal Counsel will also be required to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects, must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to lead and manage a team. What you will be working on: Advise on legislations within HDB’s purview; Advise on litigation and prosecution cases relating to residential and commercial properties; Review terms and conditions of agreements and other legal documents relating to tenancies for residential and commercial properties; Advise on, vet and draft tenancy agreements and other related contractual documents; Attend to court applications/hearings. What we are looking for: Bachelor of Laws with admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore; Relevant experience of at least 5 years preferred.
