Job Description

1. Lead Tender Process: Manage bids from review to submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Collaboration: Work with technical, financial, and legal teams to develop pricing strategies.
3. Risk Management: Identify risks, negotiate terms, and align business objectives.
4. Contract Management: Review and finalize contracts, NDAs, and supplier agreements.
5. Post-Contract Support: Handle variations, claims, and contractual obligations.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Influence key decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Dispute Resolution: Manage arbitration and high-risk issues.
8. Insurance & Guarantees: Oversee insurance policies and bank guarantees.
9. Leadership & Compliance: Provide commercial insights, ensure governance, and demonstrate leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years required.

Qualification:

1. BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional membership of (MRICS, CIPS, MCIOB, or PMP etc.) will be an added advantage.
3. LLM, MBA or MSc will be given more preference.
