Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Flexographic Printing Machine Operator to work on printing paper cups and bags, with a focus on ensuring production quality, speed, and the ability to resolve any technical issues that may arise during operation. The candidate must possess exceptional skills and extensive experience in the field. Duties and Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor the flexographic printing machine to ensure efficient workflow. - Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements. - Monitor print quality and ensure products meet specifications. - Quickly and effectively troubleshoot technical and operational issues. - Improve production speed without compromising quality. - Perform routine maintenance on equipment when needed. - Collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes. Skills Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years of experience operating flexographic printing machines. - Previous experience in printing paper cups and paper bags. - In-depth knowledge of printing techniques and color calibration. - Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently. - Focus on quality and commitment to meeting deadlines. - Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
