Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Company: Kardinia Alshaam Decor Works LLC Location: Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates (UAE) Experience Required: 4 - 8 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct site inspections and analyze contracts.
- Manage project risks while collaborating with teams.
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Oversee quantity surveying services and manage project budgets.
- Lead a team of Junior Quantity Surveyors and manage client relationships.
- Support Commercial and Procurement functions and monitor project progress.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- MRICS certification is preferred.
- Experience in cost management and contract administration.
