Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo!#BELIMITLESS Job Description We are looking for a passionate talent with former hotels Sales & Marketing experience who will oversee and drive from Sales & Marketing point of view the successful opening of Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně Resort hotel ; a newly constructed 5-star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites, a lobby bar, restaurant, Swiss Cafe, and roof bar. The Purovel Spa & Sport will be at the heart of operations. The amazing new built hotel is set to open in September 2025 , operated under Swissôtel brand via Hotel Management Agreement. What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
- Strategic planning and leadership: Establish annual business and marketing plans; manage, monitor and ensure effective execution of daily sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed targets.
- Performance and market analysis: Prepare regular performance reports; perform market and competition analysis to optimize strategies.
- Industry Networking & Account Management: Build relationships with industry leaders; manage key customers and niche markets with tailored strategies as well as e-commerce.
- Sales initiatives and guest offers: Support targeted sales efforts; design and promote packages and services to suit guest preferences.
- Negotiating contracts and representing the hotel: Represent the hotel at events to raise brand awareness; manage all RFPs.
- Digital Marketing and Team Management: Develop and supervise digital marketing strategies; train and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Experience: 5+ years in hotel Sales & Marketing, with exposure to Corporate, MICE, Leisure group, and individual segments. Premium/luxury resort experience is a plus.
- Skills: Fluent in English and German; Another language a plus; Strong business awareness, presentation, communication, leadership, management, and analytical skills.
- Education: University degree.
- Expertise: Destination sales & marketing, social media, and revenue management.
- Attributes: Guest and quality-oriented, dedicated, professional, with strong influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
