Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.We are looking for Sr Consultants to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, with focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions) with Advanced Scheduling experience.Minimum RequirementsA related bachelor's degreeApproximately 3+ years Consulting experience2 - 5 years UKG Pro WFM and Advanced Scheduling project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or equally complex sectorsUKG Advanced Scheduling Certification is idealExperience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendationsExperience supporting or leading business process design, enhancementsHands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution, such as Rotation Scheduling and Advanced SchedulingExperience participating and/or leading client discussions - requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deploymentAn understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycleProject management experience is beneficialAbility to work through a problem with limited information. Demonstrates an approach to take a problem or situation to the next stepsFlexibility and ability to travel - on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts. Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage to project budgetDeliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomesDevelop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trendsDevelop people. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training. Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environmentDemonstrate high levels of UKG Pro WFM technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledgeGenerate new business opportunities. Understand Ernst & Young and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
