Job Description
About _VOIS _VOIS provide innovative solutions and services in the telecommunications industry. Our focus is on delivering seamless connectivity, exceptional customer service, and cutting-edge technology to our clients. Job Description- Act as a front-line interface with customers of Vodafone Ireland Customers.
- Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
- Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company.

- We work in a hybrid module (2 to 3 days a week from Office).
- Laptop/PC provided from the company + Internet allowance.
- 5 working days + 2 days off (Rotational)

Job Requirements
- Fluent in English C1 is a Must
- Graduates only
- Egyptian Nationality is a must.
- Having experience in Call Centre (English Account) is a plus.
- Soft and communication skills.
