About the Role: A short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Measuring all items related to architectural, facade and interior fit out works.
- using AutoCAD drawings as well as revit model for various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, hospitality, office buildings and similar facilities, airport facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects
- Preparing measurement sheets and abstract to facilitate to produce Bill of Quantities
- Work closely with architects, engineers, project teams and other stake holders located at Pune as well as other design offices to produce abstract at stipulated time
- Diploma in Civil engineering
- Proven 2 - 5 Years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good working knowledge of extracting material takeoff from BIM/ revit
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
