SAP SD Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate the support and maintenance of SAP SD areas. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure, and test SD. Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. Desired Skill Language: Proficiency in Mandarin speaking is a must. SAP SD: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution modules, including pricing, order management, and billing. Master Data: Understanding and management of master data related to sales processes. Logistics: Knowledge of logistics processes within SAP SD. Delivery Types: Familiarity with different delivery types and their impact on order fulfillment. Credit Management: Familiarity with credit management processes within SAP SD. FI (Financial Accounting): Awareness of financial integration points within SAP SD. IDOC: Understanding of IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) for data exchange between systems. Desired Experience: Bachelor's or master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business, Engineering, or Information Technology. Overall 12+ years of SAP SD experience, including: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring the SD module. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset. Understanding of accounting business processes. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Certifications (Good to have): SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution, ERP 6.0 EhP7.
