Financial Analyst And Controller a2z Solutions, Pakistan Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or other relevant field This is a Major position within a World Class Business Support Company Business Unit FP&A team in Pakistan who will be reporting directly to Regional Finance Head in Dubai; and will responsible for providing financial consultation and advisory to Segment Marketing on customer value and product margin support.This role is an opportunity for a self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities in a high growth international e-commerce business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and monitoring business controls regarding profitabilityManaging all appropriate month-end close processes and facilitate review meetings with business groupsDriving process improvement and standardizationM&A valuation modelingLead analytical projects that assist and influence the businessAnticipate business requirements, trends and variancesDevelop action plans, measure and analyze resultsInitiate corrective actionsMinimize the impact of negative inputsJob SpecificationRequirements:Lead analytical projectsExperience in product line gross margin financial analysis and management reportingIdeal candidate will have manufacturing cost analysis experienceDemonstrate business partnering, consultative and decision support skillsAbility to learn quickly and apply new tools and techniquesExcellent communication, analytical, organizational and problem solving skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and AccessStrong team player, able to collaborate or lead as requiredDegree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or other relevant fieldExcellent problem-solving skillsProven ability to multi-task3/5+ years in an Operational Finance or other highly quantitative analyst roleFluent English is a requirementThe willing person shall accept this challenge in a fast-paced, energetic, and constantly changing environment.
