Foreman Workshop

Responsibilities:

Control and organize the planned daily preventative/corrective maintenance of the fleet and related equipment to maximize availability, and economic life and ensure the safety of the fleet.

Oversee all repairs in the workshop and all emergencies on route to ensure conformity to the manufacturer's specifications and standard repair times thereby resulting in no penalties.

Coordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules, and activities to effectively manage jobs.

Act as a technical adviser for critical maintenance jobs and supervise all workshop activities for optimum performance of the workforce.

Plan and adjust the workload of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.

To liaise with the supply chain department to ensure the availability of parts to minimize delays with vehicle repairs.

Any task assigned by HOD.

Qualification & Experience:

DAE or B-Tech Automotive or Mechanical.

Minimum of 3-5 years of total experience in workshop management within a medium to large-size company.

Skills & Competencies:

Up-to-date experience with workshop standards, and technologies.

A team player but can work independently too.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

Reliable and Trustworthy.

Strong MS office(PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

This position is Gujranwala/Multan/Dera Gazi Khan based.
