To ensure the maintenance of PP Master Data, this includes BOM, Routing, Work center, Production Version Production Orders Management data, and extension of Material master in required storage locations.To properly monitor all production confirmations analysis & activity on a daily basis and ensure the business process is properly followed to avoid any discrepancies in production inventory.To carry out backend configuration in SAP PP/PM as per company business process.To make sure that the proper Production cycle is followed within the system throughout the company.To monitor all production processes within the SAP system.Monitor all the pending reservations within the system and inform the concerned personnel for immediate action.To ensure proper batch management system is followed. To make effective use of batch management.To bring about the new enhancement (configurations) according to the business scenarios.Designing of new reports and changing the existing reports according to the needs and requests of the Production Planning department.To ensure proper process control sheet for any sort of change within the system.To develop Production Planning SOP and get the approval of Top Management and keep maintaining accordingly.To carry out any other job to meet organizational objectives.Arrange training sessions for Key users/Power users/end users.Creation of Master data of all OGC Machines/Equipment/Vehicles in SAP to take care of company assets.Complete equipment detail Technical description, Model & Serial Number collected by the SAP-PM team.Make sure that equipment's installed on proper functional location.Update Technical data to SAP-FI team about Installed and new machinery to synchronous data in SAP.Backend configurations to improve the system functions & to cater to new business scenarios.Skills:Configuration Abilities, Capacity Planning, SAP Production Planning.
