Industry : TelecommunicationsDescription :What is Specialist Channel Reporting & Payout?The role will play a pivotal role by supporting the Stream Head Reporting & Analysis in compiling, analyzing, and finalizing sales channel performance and productivity reports, with an expanded focus on performance report of Carrier and International Business. This involves a comprehensive understanding of sales channel structure, various product offerings, incentive structure and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our reporting and payout management needs. The position will be instrumental in supporting to deliver various automation projects including commission management system.What does Specialist Channel Reporting & Payout do?Performance Reporting & AnalysisThe incumbent will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Stream Head to deliver high quality and accurate sales channel performance reports (expanded to C&IB).Deep dive into data and prepare various performance and KPI analysis and present actionable insights.Sales Channel EngagementProvide proactive support to sales channels, fostering collaboration and addressing challenges hindering optimal performance measurement.Tailor support mechanisms to meet the unique needs of Carrier and International Business channels.Incentives & PayoutWork closely with the channel planning & management team to understand current commission policies and models.Support in accurate and timely calculation of various sales team incentives and commissions to meet the unique needs of Carrier and International Business channels.Develop and maintain a transparent and streamlined process for incentive calculations.Automation Projects ManagementOversee critical automation projects, including but not limited to Commission Management system in Oracle.Enhance efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and ensure seamless integration of automated systems within the channel reporting and payout framework including but not limited to Automation of monthly channel & sales team level revenues and performance/productivity calculations.RequirementsWhat are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Channel Reporting & Payout?Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of diversified experience in telecom/Tech.Strong knowledge about GSM, Cloud & Fixed IT Business Experience, Sales Channel Performance Reporting, Analysis & Insights, SQL and Incentive Management.Cross functional knowledge.Strong communication skills.Strong negotiation and organizational skills.Commitment to deliver high quality and accurate reports.
