MinimumRequirements:

ExperienceMinimum 6-8 years relevant experience in a senior network engineer role, at least 3 years in data center environments

Technical SkillsAbility to solve complex infrastructure issues, together with senior engineers of other technical domainsAbility to lead a team of other engineersAbility to ensure high quality of submitted change requests and associated implementations of complex changesImplementation including associated risk assessments and mitigation strategies.Working on monitoring/orchestrator toolsKnowledge of security aspects on systems

Other SkillsProfound ITIL knowledge, ability to guide/coach othersWorking via standard ITSM toolsTechnology Certification(s) CCNP/CCDE preferredITIL certification/sexperience in a customer-facing engineering role

Responsibilities:Ensure stability, performance, and security of the HEC networkPerform and lead tasks associated with Service Requests and Incident Management Processes.Perform and lead lifecycle management/change management activitiesPerform and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and Problem management activities.Guide other support staff in performing their tasksWork with senior engineers from other domains (e.g. compute, storage, applications)Ensure a high level of quality of documentation.Contribute to service, architecture, and/or design reviews and optimization activitiesRepresent the Network team toward external customers and/or internal LoBs and/or vendors
