Sustainability Leader

About Our Client Our client is operating in energy-related industries and is the leader in its field. Job Description

1. Oversee the development of the Sustainability Report and contribute to sustainability communications efforts (experience with integrated reporting is an advantage).
2. Participate in corporate and community social initiatives, including DEI programs, Human Rights Due Diligence, and United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles.
3. Conduct or coordinate materiality assessments (experience with double materiality is a valuable asset).
4. Manage external ESG performance, ensuring alignment with indices such as Refinitiv, Sustainalytics, and Bloomberg GEI.
5. Guarantee compliance with emerging regulations for ESG reporting.

1. Experience with sustainability-related reporting frameworks and standards such as TSRS, GRI, SASB, IFRS, TCFD.
2. Knowledge of Sustainable Development Goals.
3. Knowledge of ESG risk assessment and corporate social risk management.
4. Fluent in English (speaking, writing, listening).
5. At least 5 years of experience in directly relevant positions.
