- National coverage for a well-known, global Professional Services company.
- Pioneer position as part of the company's investment into Malaysia.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Manage budget and sales forecast.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Manage long sales timelines (6-12 months) and consistently nurturing leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, with 8+ years of complex sales hunting experience for enterprise-level deals.
- Proven sales track record, preferably in the HR Tech and Enterprise IT Services industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
- A customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM.
- An estimated base salary range of MYR 240,000 to MYR 360,000, plus a 50:50 OTE.
