Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure compliance with established cleanliness standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning activities of a team of cleaners.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding cleaning services.
- Train and provide guidance to new and existing cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve cleaning operations.
