Electrical Engineer

Job Description

• Keeps and analyses plant Electrical data to troubleshoot and improve on equipment performance
• Ensures reliable and uninterrupted power supply to the plant
• Work with a team or single-handedly carry out troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Electrical equipment and Panels at the plant and client stations
• Ensures the overall safety, efficient, and reliable operation of plant Electrical equipment such as Black state Diesel Generators, Electric motors, Motor control panels, and breakers.
• Ensures reliable operation of plant instrumentation and control systems involved in compressing and decanting of Compressed Natural Gas.
• Work with a team or personally Coordinate projects involving Electrical installations at the plant and at the clients’ stations
• Carry out commissioning and Decommissioning of PRMS at the clients’ stations.
• Collaborate with third parties and contractors to carry out projects like servicing of Electrical Equipment or installation of PRMS.

• Provide Technical assistance to third parties as the case may be to integrate instrumentation and controls into larger systems and also during calibration of instruments,
• Participate in the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff on electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff on electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Maintenance of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for efficient user interaction with automated systems.
• Carry out Design, installation and maintenance of control panels for new electrical equipment and devices.
• Ensure safety standards in the designs and operation of electrical panels and devices
