In Customer Products & Propositions, we analyse customer journeys, create new products, and explore new and better ways to serve our commercial banking customers. As a graduate trainee in Customer Products & Propositions, we’ll give you the best possible start to your career by equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work. Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:- Work at the forefront of innovation to explore new and better ways to serve our customers’ needs through our award-winning digital channels
- Develop a deep understanding of product development, customer journeys, innovation, and our growing digital banking proposition
- Collaborate, solve challenges, and deliver the best possible experience for colleagues and customers through our unique Customer Goal and Journey model
- Complete a variety of placements across the other commercial banking streams which allows you to build a balance of depth and breadth of skills and experiences
- Study towards a professional qualification, with the opportunity to tailor your experience in your second year by choosing what you want to study

Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Customer Products & Propositions graduate programme, you’ll need:- To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
- A passion for innovation
- Good communication skills
- A strong customer focus
- To be curious, and willing to approach things from a fresh perspective
