About the team
Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies, and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Intern to support our Business Development Managers in their efforts to deepen engagement with key clients, identify and qualify new sales leads, and develop the business pipeline. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to operationalize deals and ensure timely service delivery, project rollout, and requirement fulfillment. Additionally, the Business Development Intern will support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch-related documents. The internship period can vary between 3-6 months (Full Time) This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Manager, Business Development A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:- Support business development managers in their strategy to deepen engagement levels with key clients, upsell DA's other products, and develop the business pipeline.
- Support the Business Development Manager's identifications of new sales leads for the DA suite of products and services, and support the sales opportunity cycles.
- Support the coordination with internal business partners to operationalize all deals.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing, and other pitch-related documents.
- Support the preparation and issuance of new contracts and renewal documentation within agreed timeframes.
- Support development and implementation of technical parameters, policies, and frameworks for others to work around with
About you
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree majoring in Business or any other related disciplines.
- Able to commit to 3-6 months of Full Time Internship
- Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication as well as presentation skills
- Takes pride in the commitment to deliver to internal and external customers.
- A highly motivated and innovative individual possessing the ability to work under pressure and to continuously meet tight deadlines and service standards
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to support the Business Development manager in the preparation of sales pitches and be part of the process
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
