Position Responsibilities: Drive annual dividend recommendation exercise in incorporating new governance processes that were approved for Matching Adjustment portfolio and Signature Legacy Growth. Drive the review of Par Segregation. Monitor Par Fund's surplus on a quarterly basis or on request. Maintain and continually update the Par Fund governance Framework. Work closely with third parties, internal/external consultants, internal/external auditors, regulators ensuring adherence to Par Fund Management group guidelines and statutory regulations. Provide support and collaborate with the Special project team on actuarial transformation projects. Required Qualifications: 8-10 Years of experience in actuarial fields. Qualified (or close to qualification). Knowledge of local valuation regulation is a must. Attention to detail. Analytical thinking. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different backgrounds across the organization. Good communication skills are desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Actuarial degree.
