Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire UI/UX design process for a prominent government-to-public project, from user research and concept development to prototyping and usability testing. Conduct user research specific to the Singaporean context to understand the needs and behaviors of the target audience. Convert user research insights and business requirements into clear, engaging user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Create high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that meet accessibility standards and industry best practices. Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all platforms. Present and defend design decisions with confidence, effectively advocating for user-centered design to stakeholders. Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design. Help foster the growth of the UX team by sharing expertise and mentoring junior designers. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects. Preferred experience in designing for government or public service projects. In-depth understanding of Singaporean culture and lifestyle. Expert-level proficiency in Figma. Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proven experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and justify design decisions. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Passionate about creating meaningful and user-friendly digital experiences.
