The CBE Coordinator organises and supervises Computer-Based Exams (CBE) in compliance with Exam guidelines. This includes scheduling exams, managing registrations, and ensuring a smooth examination experience for candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Exam Coordination: Schedule and manage ACCA CBE sessions, verifying candidate eligibility and maintaining records.
- Candidate Support: Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries, ensuring clear communication about exam details.
- Technical & Venue Setup: Oversee technical and venue requirements to meet standards, including troubleshooting as needed.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and compile exam attendance and results reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; ACCA knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting.
