Job Description
Capital Link Developments is launching soon the biggest Residential and Hotel Compound in Sahl Hasheesh. We are hiring experienced sales professional team from junior up to managerial level for the launch of the new project.- Presenting our projects to existing customers & attract new customers.
- Presenting our projects to existing brokers & attract new brokers.
- Provide full & accurate information about properties to the customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on products offered.
- Constant communication with customers, good handling & delivering of products in the best way.
- Assist customers in making selection based on customers’ needs & products specifications.
- Clarify the terms of agreement and close sales deals.
- Handling & answering all customers inquires & comments in a professional way and exceed sales calls.
- Follow up the payment collection to the customers.
- Maintain customer records using automated system.
- Submit all required reports.
Job Requirements
- Real Estate Background is a MUST.
- Senior & Supervisor level are welcomed to apply.
- Both Direct & Indirect sales experience is a MUST.
- Experience in Red Sea especially Hurghada (Sahl Hasheesh, Soma Bay, Makadi Bay, Gouna...etc).
- To be able to locate in Sahl Hashish, Hurghada.
- To be able to work Full Time.
- Excellent command of English.
- German & Russian Languages will be a plus.
- Very Good Communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiations & selling skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Team working skills.
- Must be Presentable.
