We are seeking a talented Application Specialist to contribute to our team at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad in Selangor. As a full-time specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining core business applications on the Penta platform, driving organisational success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify root causes of reported issues through system study.
• Interact with users, extracting relevant information for solution implementation.
• Develop codes for ideal proposed solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Perform system integration testing, UAT, and post-production deployment verification, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably from the insurance industry.
• A degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or English, with additional language proficiency being an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary: RM120,000 - RM180,000 per annum
