We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team, the Heart of Connection & Culture at Flight Centre New Zealand.
About the role. Mō te Tūranga
This role is responsible for:- Scoping, designing & delivering training for new product, systems and processes
- Identifying, implementing, and driving Flight Centre’s learning strategy
- Facilitation of the virtual and classroom training for our Flight Centre brand
- Ensuring a strong onboarding process for new Independent Contractors for our Envoyage brand
- Facilitation of training for Independent Contractors
- Flexing into other Learning & development activities as needed
About you. Mo koe
You are passionate about helping others reach their full potential and love to partner with the business to help drive business performance. You will ideally have:- Experience in Flight Centre Systems (Leisure and/or Independent Contractors specifically)
- Proven ability to create accountability
- Ability to clearly articulate knowledge
- Proven ability to build strong business partnerships/relationships
