Compensation: ₹1.8 Lacs to ₹3.6 Lacs per annum (₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month) Location: Mumbai, Vikhroli - Kailash Business Park (On-site) --- Important Note We are exclusively seeking candidates with agency-side experience in a Paid Media team. Candidates with client-side experience or those with generic digital marketing roles will not be considered or entertained. Agency experience is non-negotiable. ---### Job Experience Required - Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing. - Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and additional platforms like Amazon or Microsoft Advertising is a plus. - Targeting & Optimization: Strong understanding of targeting options across platforms and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum results. - Budget Management: Proven experience in managing media spends and ensuring adherence to media plans without overspending. - Analytics & Tracking: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance effectively. - Advanced Excel Skills: Expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functionalities. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and document MOMs (Minutes of Meeting). - Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting. - Listening Skills: Strong attentiveness and excellent note-taking abilities. ---### Job Description As a Digital Media Performance Operations Executive at Tidal7, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and managing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
