Main Responsibilities: As the local delivery leader of the project, responsible for the overall delivery of the project, including progress, quality and customer satisfaction. Managing the project delivery, including requirements research, customer planning, testing, acceptance, migration, etc. Mainly responsible for communication with customers and key stakeholders, including but not limited to project reporting, project facilitation and other work. Have profound accumulation and insight in the telecom field, especially BSS domain, and being able to guide customers to discover their goals and focus on our solutions in an open customer communication. Ability to propose excellent ideas or solutions to solve problems and reach agreement in important, complex and difficult projects or business activities. Actively communicate with key stakeholders within the project, especially for risk identification, analysis, escalation, etc. Share experience and knowledge to enhance team members' capabilities and improve team delivery. Position Ability: Technical and business basis: Familiar with BOSS business and the local telecom market in Singapore; Excellent PPT making ability. Required language: English, and candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners. Communication: Have the ability to communicate with middle and high-level clients, and have the ability to communicate and guide with open content. Strong team spirit with the ability to proactively communicate with colleagues. Professional: Capable of project management and team building, able to guide and manage customer expectations. Rigorous: Strictly implement the company's process specifications. Empowerment: Sharing knowledge and experience to help & lead the growth of new employees or related team employees.
