HR Executive (Kallang / Up to $4200 / 5 days)

Job Summary: Salary up to $4200 Location: Genting Lane Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm AWS and VB Job Description: Work closely with overseas business units in delivering HR operational services. Engage actively with various stakeholders, such as business leaders, line managers, and employees. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures during all local audits and statutory requirements. Support the HR full spectrum function and administration, including providing information, advice, and resolving employees’ queries/HR issues in a timely manner. Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs. Perform any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in HRM or other relevant qualifications. At least 3 years of working experience in a related field. Experience in manufacturing will be an advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Independent and meticulous team player with the ability to multi-task.
