Job Description

Our Client, a well-established organization in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Construction with expertise in modular building solutions to lead and oversee our large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves driving the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and successful execution of modular construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for modular construction projects in alignment with organizational goals.
Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and government entities to maintain seamless project execution.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all construction activities.
Innovation: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge modular construction technologies and practices to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Minimum Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 20+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in modular building projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale modular construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
