Job Description Role Summary: Responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, overseeing digital media and social initiatives, managing corporate events and agreements, branding, public relations, and maintaining adherence to communication policies. Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement communication plans that align with SAFE's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the digital media and social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Monitor trends and technologies in digital and social media to enhance SAFE's presence.
- Supervise and execute promotional campaigns across various channels.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Ensure that all communication activities adhere to SAFE policies and industry standards.
- Create and execute initiatives to promote SAFE's brand, services, and products effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Foster positive relationships and address concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies and procedures to manage potential crises effectively.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management and analytics.
- 7+ years of experience.
- Self-driven and takes action proactively.
- Pursues goals with persistence and stamina, works on tasks thoroughly, ensuring accuracy and meeting standards.
- Maintains high levels of quality and effectiveness of work outputs and achieves outstanding results.
- Collaborates constructively with people at all levels across the organization.
