Job Description Role Summary: Responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, overseeing digital media and social initiatives, managing corporate events and agreements, branding, public relations, and maintaining adherence to communication policies. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement communication plans that align with SAFE's strategic objectives.
  2. Oversee the digital media and social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Monitor trends and technologies in digital and social media to enhance SAFE's presence.
  3. Supervise and execute promotional campaigns across various channels.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  5. Ensure that all communication activities adhere to SAFE policies and industry standards.
  6. Create and execute initiatives to promote SAFE's brand, services, and products effectively.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Foster positive relationships and address concerns or inquiries promptly.
  8. Develop and implement crisis communication strategies and procedures to manage potential crises effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience with social media management and analytics.
  3. 7+ years of experience.

Functional Competency: Strategic Communication: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective communication strategies and campaigns. Digital Media Proficiency: Experience in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and agreements. Event Management: Implementation and support of processes and practices for managing IT infrastructure, development, and operations using the concepts and techniques of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library. Public Relations: Exceptional public relations skills, including media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management.
