Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.Identify potential clients and decision-makers within targeted organizations.Utilize tools and platforms to gather and manage lead information effectively.Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile.Sales Strategy and Planning:Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market reach.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Product Demonstrations and Presentations:Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our CRM or HR software products to potential clients.Conduct product demos and provide detailed explanations of how our solutions can address client needs.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Sales Process Management:Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals in the CRM system.Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.Achieve monthly or weekly sales targets by converting leads into clients.Customer Support and Follow-Up:Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the customer support team for implementation and training.Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.Collaboration and Teamwork:Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on product features and enhancements.Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.Job SpecificationExperience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably CRM or HR software.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in lead generation, good conversion rate, and qualification.Skills and Abilities:Strong understanding of CRM or HR software solutions and industry trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with specific CRM or HR software products (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, ADP).Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.Certifications in relevant software products or sales methodologies.Job Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus, Leaves
