Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively closing leads and driving revenue growth. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in converting potential customers into satisfied clients, utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills. If you are motivated, target-oriented, and have a proven track record in sales, we invite you to be a part of our team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the technology or software industry.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices is a plus.

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

We offer a basic salary with a commission for fresher agents based on sales to start a dynamic career in the call center industry and for experienced agents to boost their professional careers and advancement opportunities.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
