Assistant Manager Compliance - AML Section

EFU Life Assurance Limited is looking for a Compliance professional to become part of our Compliance Department.
The incumbent will assume responsibility for several key areas such as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, assisting the manager of compliance to ensure overall effectiveness of controls in place, implementation of AML policies and procedures, maintaining accurate and detailed AML compliance records, and liaising with different regulatory bodies.
Ideal Candidate must have:
A comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as a deep familiarity with AML policies and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office is necessary for efficient task execution.
Exceptional communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork are paramount for effective interaction within the compliance framework.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities are required to navigate compliance challenges adeptly.
Relevant qualifications such as ACAMS, ACCA, MBA, or BBA. The position is open for candidates who are in the process of attaining any relevant qualification.
Prior experience in compliance or internal control function, especially in the AML domain, would be an advantage.
