About our clientJoin a dynamic team at a global investment company based in Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking a proactive Vice President to join their Operational Risk team. This role will require full relocation to Abu Dhabi.What the job involvesLead operational risk management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectivesCollaborate with heads of departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various functionsUtilize analytical skills to interpret data and present insights to senior managementImplement data-driven risk assessment methodologies and leverage technology tools such as Power BI and AptitudeFoster a strong risk culture within the organisation, deploying appropriate tools and techniquesSupport deep dives into risk themes, addressing ad-hoc requests from corporate unitsWho we are looking forSTEM background or quantitative skills are preferredProven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholdersExperience in management consulting with a focus on risk management is desirableFamiliarity with risk culture frameworks and implementation strategiesAbility to design, execute, and deliver on ad-hoc requests with flexibilityKnowledge of technology tools such as Power BI and Aptitude
