The company is an Aboriginal-owned contractor who specialise in the

delivery of road construction and earthmoving projects. Seeking

applications from seasoned Civil Supervisors to work on projects based

in the Pilbara on a (FIFO) 2:1, 8:6 roster and another 140km north of

Perth on a (DIDO) 10:4 roster. Responsible for project execution and

delivery while utilising your experience in the civil Industry.

The Role: is to focus on overall project objectives and communicate

them to team members in accordance with Project Management Plans.

Effective leadership of the construction team. Achieving daily

productivity targets and monitoring project costs. Delivery of Daily

Pre-starts, ensuring HSEQ standards are implemented, Ensuring Relevant

Permits are in place, Daily record-keeping, and working with the team

to deliver to the agreed programme. Providing advice on technical

matters as required. Promoting teamwork between all crew members &

working with them to overcome challenges.

Skills Required: 5+ years of supervision experience within the civil

construction industry. Experience on MRWA & Mining Civil works would

be advantageous. Strong supervisory experience across concrete, civil

earthworks and formwork. Demonstrated knowledge of road construction,

including materials selection for construction. Strong understanding

of pavement construction, bituminous surfacing and asphalting

processes and techniques. Excellent organisational skills with

demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
