Our client is a Fintech company with innovative payment solutions and services. They have built a trusted payment infrastructure that allows digital payment possibilities without hassles they are looking to hire an experienced General Manager Sales (B2B and B2C) to join their team. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager of Sales (B2B and B2C) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the payment industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. They will be responsible for creating partnerships and acquiring and maintaining relationships with merchants and partners. This role requires strategic vision strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering results. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Generate revenue and achieve product/services profitability in line with the set goals and targets of the organization. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance. 2. Team Leadership Lead mentor and manage the sales team fostering a highperformance culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Set clear performance goals provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee the management of key accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Sales Operations Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional strategies and product launches; and drive alignment and synergy across the organization. 5. Reporting and Forecasting Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Identify and address potential challenges and opportunities in the sales pipeline. 6. Market Intelligence Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and regulatory changes. Leverage market insights to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors. The primary objective for this role will be to drive sales growth increase market share and build strong customer relationships to position the company for longterm success in the competitive fintech and payments industry. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (10 years) in sales leadership roles within the payment or financial services industry. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Strong understanding of payment solutions technologies and industry trends. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data generate insights and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Knowledge & Experience Skills Ability to adapt to a fastchanging environment and industry. The ability to confidently manage a highperforming team is essential. The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms is essential. Organizing prioritizing and multitasking are essential. Presentation and negotiation skills are essential. Main Working Relationships Handshake with all support teams related to the financial technology business. Working Condition Hybrid work environment.
