Customer Engineer, AC Power

Position: Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering) Employment Type: Full time Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operation Manager to carry out the company’s commitment and promise delivery of service level to the customer.
• Provide technical support and assistance in the cost evaluation for “time & material” repair quotations.
• Exercise a professional and customer-oriented approach with a service level reflecting Vertiv as a company of world-class quality.
• Participate and contribute to the training, supervision, motivation, and development of the senior technicians and technicians for continual improvement and optimized performance.
• Keep up to date with the knowledge and application of company products/services.
• Continually develop and improve oneself as a service professional through self-analysis, reading, benchmarking against the best in the industry, and practicing.
• Carry out maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, power quality analysis, and retrofitting of AC power systems.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with a University or College Degree in the relevant field OR Minimum 3 years experience in the Service field with a minimum Diploma level.
• Good communication skills both towards customers and internally.
• Analytical, reliable, hardworking, with a strong commitment to excellence.
• Customer-oriented team player, self-motivated, creative, analytic, and innovative.
• Good leadership skills to coach and guide technicians.
