- Inside Sales role focus on lead generation for Enterprise Accounts
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients and partnerships through various channels such as LinkedIn, AmChams CRM, industry events, and approaching local businesses around our community.
- Outreach: Break into companies and partners through cold calls, personalized emails, and door knocks to spark interest in AmChams products and services.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Create sales materials, strategic plans, and marketing initiatives; maintain CRM management and data analysis by keeping accurate records of all activities and interactions in the company's CRM system and using data to bring insights to light. Support the organization of events and programs and propose new ideas for topics and forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales or telesales experience; experience in Marketing Tech SaaS is a BIG plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an added plus); self-motivated, collaborative, and highly energetic.
- Computer savvy in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
