AVP, Commercial Development (Sales & Business Development) We are expanding our Gold & Other Precious Metals trading presence and are on the hunt for a candidate who is enthusiastic about the commodities market and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. To be part of our exciting team as Gold & Other Precious Metals Commercial Sales, your portfolio entails: Canvass and acquire potential customers. Follow up closely with all prospective customers through product recommendations, campaigns, and trading system demonstrations. Collaborate with our clearing firms to actively market the suite of product offerings for onboarding new customers to grow our market presence. Maintain strong knowledge of the trading platform features and capabilities to educate clients and provide a seamless user trading experience. Stay abreast of global and economic news to provide trading support to customers and promote our spot and future trading services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, actively monitor existing customers’ activity to assess their needs and stay informed of clients’ requirements and changing needs. Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to develop and build new markets and product pipelines. Attributes we are looking for: Results and goals-oriented, hungry for success with a growth mindset. Enjoy meeting people and possess strong interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify new opportunities. Great team player. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of working experience in a financial institution or trading firm. Experience in commodities, especially in Gold & Other Precious Metals, will be an advantage. Ability to independently acquire knowledge of competitors, trends, and industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Ability to travel 20-40% of the time.
